The operation is straightforward: position the loaded pallet in the turning zone, place your empty pallet inverted atop the goods and activate the system. Hydraulic clamps secure both pallets, execute a 180-degree rotation, and efficiently transfer the goods to your pallet within minutes, eliminating manual intervention.
Pallet Shuttles:
These advanced components of pallet conveyor systems facilitate pallet transfer between different conveyor lines. Operating via winch mechanisms on rail-like tracks, shuttles can collect and discharge pallets at various positions. For enhanced safety, floor-mounted scanners monitor the shuttle zone for any unexpected obstacles.
