PLATE LINK CONVEYORS

Plate Link Conveyors have a hinged slat connected with a rod joining the slats together, making it a robust belt design.

​

The Belt is driven by twin stands of hollow pin chain driven by a common shaft connected back to a geared motor unit.

​

The side plates and cross flights slats can have perforations in the plate to allow drainage where required for wash plants.

​

There is an extensive range of sprockets and belts available 3mm thick belts up to 6mm thick.

​

Belts and framework can be manufactured from mild steel, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel with surface treatments available if required. 

​

Plate Link conveyors can convey products flat or inclined and are highly versatile. They are available in medium-duty and heavy-duty systems.
